Amy-Emler Shaffer, LCMHC

Amy is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who lives and practices in Vermont. She works with teens and adults, drawing on a variety of therapy approaches that all include awareness of the present moment. Her experience includes facilitating groups, teaching and counseling individuals and families.

She has had several careers over the years, and finds this one to fit quite well.
